A Short History

The focus on small business has been at the heart of Red BAG Media since it’s founding in 2011 by freelancer Brett Garwood. Being a natural creative individual, Brett has always enjoyed writing and playing music, along with designing in both the digital and print formats. It is when he combined his education with these hobbies that the idea of establishing a small business to help small businesses began. Brett is a highly motivated individual with strengths in organization and attention to detail. By pairing these strengths with his honest desire to help people, he accepts nothing less than to shape success for those he works with.

Our Process

Having a clear and concise process saves our clients time and money. We’ve been reviewing and modifying our process for the last decade to make sure we provide the best possible experience for our clients. We also believe that there is always room for improvement, and work to review each and every completed process to see how we can improve for the sake of our team and our clients.

Planning

Upon partnership, we start the process with an precise planning stage to be sure we understand the culture of your organization, the goals you have for your website and the route to complete those goals.

Design

After a thorough plan is completed and agreed upon, the design process begins with mockups of webpage visuals and styles.

Development

Following a solid skeleton mockup of visuals and layout, the web development begins. From here we start building headers, footers, pages and all content.

Testing

Now that the website visuals and content are in place, and all content is verified and spot checked, we deploy to a handful of testers, including the client, to browse and make notes on anything potential changes that are needed.

Training

With all website content, visuals and technical pieces are in order, we now work with our clients to train on any necessary pieces of ownership that they require.

Launch

Congrats! It is now time to go live and launch this beautiful company to the world! Upon completion of all previous steps, we will pick a date and time with our client to flip the switch and let the success begin.

Maintain

After your brand new pixels are up and running, don’t fret, we will be with you to be sure things continue to run smoothly. We keep an eye on pixels that need a good mop, required website updates, up-time, security, analytics and much more.
